| "Chef Ethan McKee recently took on Notti Bianche in addition to his fine Circle Bistro and has raised the bar considerably. The food is fresh and perfectly prepared (I had a lovely carpachio and a simply divine swordfish steak on a bed greens -- both five stars.) The wait staff from the hostess to the food runner and including the kitchen staff were congenial and efficient. Our server was exceptional. She was an expert on the menu and pro-active in suggesting how the kitchen could tailor a dish to suit the 12 year old in our party. I asked her to pick a wine for me, and she chose a perfect compliment to my meal. The whole experience was as good as it gets. The perfect place before or after events at the Kennedy Center.
